Kaju Chocolate 🍫 Cup sweets
1 cup cashews
½ cup sugar
¼ cup water
1/8 th tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp ghee, clarified butter
silver Wark / saffron – optional
1/2 cup dark chocolate
2 tsp chopped dry fruits
🌸Firstly take a blender jar . Add Cashews, grind it and make a fine powder.. don’t grind over . Only for 3-4 minutes. Now in a non stick pan, take ½ cup of sugar along with ¼ cup of water.
🌸keep the flame on low and keep on stirring to form syrup.
stir the sugar syrup till it forms 1 string consistency.
🌸now sieve the ground cashew powder.
remember to keep the flame on low all the time and give a good mix.
🌸add cardamom / saffron and continue to mix till it starts releasing from pan.
once the cashew paste turns to dough leaving the pan add a tsp of ghee.
🌸continue to mix till the ghee melts completely and cashew dough is formed leaving the pan.
switch off the stove. Let it cool completely. Meanwhile take a dark chocolates. And melt in double boiler. I can use also microwave. When chocolate is melted then switch off the flame and add few chopped dry fruits. Mix it . Filling is ready.
🌸Now take a portion to lemon size of Kaju mixture . Hole in center and give shape as shown is picture. Then fill it with chocolate mixture. Fill it very gently not to over fill. Then make all sweets like this. After that apply Kesar drops on the top . Then coat with Silver leaf . It’s optional . garnish with chopped nuts . Ready to serve healthy, delicious, homemade cashew chocolate cup .😊😋
