Gulab Jamun 😍😋
👉 INGREDIENTS :-
1 cup Khoya (Mawa) fresh or frozen
2 ½ tablespoons All purpose flour (Maida)
¼ teaspoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Green cardamom seeds powder
1 ½ tablespoons Water
Ghee , for deep frying
For Sugar Syrup:
1 ½ cups White granulated sugar
1 ½ cups Water
¼ teaspoon Green cardamom powder
few strands Saffron optional
2 teaspoons Rose water
🌸 firstly we will prepare sugar syrup. for sugar syrup take deep pan. then pour water and add sugar .boil for 5 minutes.
🌸then add green cardamom powder, saffron, rose water. Again cook for 2 minutes. Now sugar syrup is ready. Keep aside.
🌸Now take large plate . Mash the khoya on it . Mash with help of hand until it becomes smooth or lumps free .
🌸 Now add flour ,mix it very well. Then add baking powder, cardamom powder. Mix again. Now dough is ready.
🌸Heat ghee. Then make a small ball with dough..Fry 5-6 Gulab Jamun ball in to ghee . Fry Gulab Jamun on medium to low flame. Until golden brown colour.
🌸 After that Take out Gulab Jamun . Then keep in to sugar syrup. Soak it for 25-30 minutes. Ready to serve yummy Gulab Jamun 😍.
